| **Because of our small size, cancelations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a very strict policy. Any cancelations between time of booking and 30 days before arrival carry a processing fee of $20.00. Cancelations made during the last 30 days, will result in a 2 night penalty. | |||
